Stick along for more than a year and you will realize that they have actually tuned you as a professional who can to lie, manipulate, get content with mediocrity. If you showcase these traits and hide it behind the face of a saint... this is professional heaven for you!

Cons

The CEO suffers from Cognitive Dissonance and his only promotes puppets who can do all of the above mentioned in pro's There is no value given to work done if you cant satisfy his ego and it does not take too long for them to take away credit for what you have accomplished... They might offer you a management position and a good package.. perhaps because he fancies you to massage his ego more than talk and do whats required to get business moving...
