People make company , And good Leaders make Better company , They are lacking in terms of Management ,

Cons

Higher management is rigid and rude , Since i am from IT , And this company is in BPO so might be i have taken a wrong call joining this company . Well Less experience and less knowledge in management is a drawback with this company . It Is Indian Mind St small scale BPO or some appointment setters . Getting Salary is a biggest challenge in this company , Since they dont have fix dates . But yes you will get your salary any time in 2months or so . I dont think one has to join this company as per my experience . 10 Hours Office Timings , No Weekend off , Salary not sure.

I learnt a lot working at Vsynergize. Very friendly atmosphere, but hard work. Policies started changing with addition of a new senior management person from August for the betterment.

Cons

Location as Hinjewadi is at one end of Poona. Shift time, hoping to see a change soon

PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW. Lovely place to work as everyone makes you feel comfortable. Great team that includes Agents, Management, HR, Support Staff and even the It Staff. Feels great and always positive energy is around, which keeps boosting the morale.
