Pros

A study shows that working from home helps you to stay mentally fit. Apart from mental health, you can also take care of other things such as you have now time to attend medical appointments (if). I completely agree with the facts. Due to WFH policy, we now have less stress. Eventually our creative thinking is enhanced.

People make company , And good Leaders make Better company , They are lacking in terms of Management ,

Higher management is rigid and rude , Since i am from IT , And this company is in BPO so might be i have taken a wrong call joining this company . Well Less experience and less knowledge in management is a drawback with this company . It Is Indian Mind St small scale BPO or some appointment setters . Getting Salary is a biggest challenge in this company , Since they dont have fix dates . But yes you will get your salary any time in 2months or so . I dont think one has to join this company as per my experience . 10 Hours Office Timings , No Weekend off , Salary not sure.

It enables us to perform better and deliver the expected results. Lead generation in real-time is so different. Understanding it with each passing day.
