Pros

Challenges present opportunities to grow and become better here. Understood the true meaning of human resource management after joining here. The credit for this goes to my team lead. Addressing and resolving the problems of employees is so satisfying. The employees here are very understanding and patient as well. My journey has been truly enriching. Sure that it will continue the same way in the future as well.

The company did set up a hotline team during the second wave of COVID. The purpose was to guide the patients and callers about the available hospital beds and the COVID-19 facilities in the city. It shows that they believe in giving it back to the society.
