Pros

The company is cutting edge, innovative and exciting. The benefits are outstanding; health club benefits to invitations to the Trail Blazer games they can't get any better than that! Vulcan also attracts quality employees which makes for an easier work day. The internal organization is phenomenal. Vulcan has built an amazing intranet site that enables its employees to access important Company information and stay current on the Company in the media. Who wouldn't want to work for a Company that won the X Prize by being the first Private company to enter into Space. It was thrilling to watch the flights via our desktops.

Cons

Difficult to be promoted internally. Family run company, which often effects communication.
