Pros

-Employee Discount -Working out on the clock

Cons

This company does not value experienced employees who are more qualified than the people who get promoted. The management is very poor-mannered, selfish, and condescending to say the least. If you are POC, good luck trying to move up at all. This company is not inclusive and diverse. Managers make you feel inferior and make derogatory remarks that make you feel like you're being discriminated against. You get asked to take on more responsibility than what you're getting paid for and get retaliated against when you stand up for yourself. Vuori is lucky they haven't gotten sued yet. Overall, this company is not ethical at all. Vuori is so money driven that they do not care about people and culture even though they pride themselves on it. HR is not unbiased which is a huge problem. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Pros

great discount and company perks.

Cons

For a brand that is valued at such a high number it still operates like its just been started up. Opening an insane amount of stores when the stores that are open have a hard time getting product. No HR department so on a store level you have no support, people don't get paid for weeks at a time or miss benefits because payroll is one person for the whole company. Everyone is spread so thin. If you want to be heard or advance in this company you better have someone close to you at HQ or work in the Encinitas store because 80% of advancement is given to people based on favoritism. Vuori should be lucky they haven't been sued yet for unfair hiring practices. While most companies pride themselves on inclusion and diversity Vuori is incredibly far behind.
