Pros

- Some good team members - Initial Set-Up is Encouraging

Cons

- Onboarding is very Scatterbrained, Poor structure. - Account Managers who lack communication skills - Senior Recruiters provide no guidance or coaching, yet will criticize any mistakes regardless. - Unclear Expectations and Goals - Little to know developmental feedback - Will Abruptly Terminate employment despite performing all required duties. - "Fake Nice" toxic culture. - Tools for recruiting are sub-par.

Pros

Some of my co-workers were amazing. My manger was the only one in leadership who listened.

Cons

All about numbers and profit. They don't actually care about the nurses their staffing. Management doesn't listen unless your in the circle of people they like. It's a favorite game there. I'm glad I was part of the huge lay offs they did.

Pros

Small but growing company. Best team I've ever worked with- very collaborative, no attitudes, cliques. Honest, ethical company. Really tries to offer the best options to employees on contract. Company paid life insurance. Open to employee feedback- uses a committee to take suggestions/concerns to management monthly. This org is VERY open with sharing information. We have a monthly full staff meeting that goes over prior month/YTD financials, growth, retention, etc. Lots of opportunity for internal promotion.

Cons

Remote work policy is changing to 3 days/week in office if you live within 50 miles from offices.
