Owned by Carrington Companies, this is a very stable brokerage with an abundance of leads to help agents grow their business.

Cons

A large corporation that can take a little while to adjust to local market changes, however they do catch up eventually and adjust.

Pros

Being part of the Vyllage. I feel like I am actually part of a family here. I love my broker and my team. By far the best broker I've ever worked for and I've been in the industry for 10+ years. Training and mentoring is above and beyond.

Cons

All of the resources. Sometimes its info overload, but that's not always a bad thing. Only negative I can think of.
