Pros

I had a lack of experience when I first joined Vylla, they saw potential and create a new role while I studied to pass my nmls(which they sponsored)

Cons

not having enough competition on the ping pong table

Vylla - making homeownership simple (and rad)!

Pros

I've been working for vylla for approx. 9 months now and am still excited to come to work everyday. We are a fast-paced start up that cares about our mission (to deliver an extraordinary homebuying experience for everyone) and we all work really hard here to bring that to fruition. This is a place where you can turn your ideas into a reality, and somewhere you can bring your full self to work. I feel very invested in the success of vylla and I really look forward to see where we will be in 3 months, 6 months, and a year from now...

Cons

Like most start ups, I'd say the biggest con are the growing pains from building and scaling so quickly. Things are constantly changing and at times it can feel hard to keep up.

Innovative company backed by the Carrington family of companies expertise tackling a huge industry. The team believes in our purpose and comes to work every day to dig in and push the ball further. It's fun to work with great people building new technology and deliver smiles to our customers.

Cons

Transforming an industry isn't easy. It takes long hours spent in uncharted territory.
