Laid Back Company, collect a paycheck

Pros

Laid back, managers don't manage, just let employees show up and collect a check

Cons

No Raises, nickel and dime you with their charity causes (great causes but makes the employees pay and they get the tax break and credit), CEO doesn't exist? No room for movement, you just show up and you'll get a check. But if you bust your butt, no raise.

Pros

Commission is good but have to pay a monthly fee. Plus all marketing material costs are on you.

Cons

Lack of Direction is frightening , Upper Management is a "who you know". Also, incredible lack of communication which hurts sales for both agent and the company.
