Pros

Remote work A Great product Benefits great

Cons

Company is in the past & morale is 6ft under One manager played favoritism heavily. Had to constantly watch your back so your deals were not taken from you. They do NOT want to pay you You don’t get paid until the onboarding team hand holds. And they do not want to work to save your accounts. You’re required to sell and play onboarding and support and finance. No room to get deals over the hump. No help from managers to close or retain deals Salary not worth it for the volume of work you have to put in False promises of change Commission structure was awful. You were set up to make no money They let other parts of the company talk down and disrespect you. No camaraderie or excitement from leadership if you’ve got big deals or any deals

Pros

They offer a great product.

Cons

They rotate through people constantly. The managers are unprofessional and disrespectful, and dishonest. They are dishonest about your sales, and they have a policy to not pay commission until an office is onboarded which can take 3-4 months.

Pros

Easy job, remote work, not much micromanaging

Cons

This is really a capped commission role which we know in sales is awful. When you make more than the OTE on the job description they’ll reward you with a new comp plan the following quarter, increasing goals and cutting your pay significantly. Rules of engagement don’t exist, AE’s/other BDR’s will steal your leads and no one cares. Some AE’s will even hang up on your customer or not show up to the meeting because it’s not a lucrative enough opportunity or they’ll even just forget. All goes unpunished. They were running out of fresh accounts to call before my departure and are continuing to hire more salespeople. There is no training to start, unless you are a super determined, self-starter type you are doomed from the get go, you won’t make any commission. Girl power run company as well. Women definitely get more slack than the men. Check the other reviews. This place was so cool tell July 2025 hit and they turned the comp plan upside down.
