New leadership team brings depth of experience to transform the business. The company is nimble, customer centric, and feels entrepreneurial with the benefits of being an established and financially sound business.

Cons

There really aren’t any as the benefits have continued to improve with lower healthcare costs and increased 401k matching from last year to this year. Plus -launching new technologies- the business is ready to move to a new growth phase.
