Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re happy to hear you’ve had a positive experience with pay, but we’re sorry to learn you’ve felt some tasks were outside your role and that growth opportunities haven’t met your expectations. We want every team member to feel their work aligns with their responsibilities and career goals. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be looking closely at how we can improve in these areas. If you’d like to chat more, our People Team would welcome the conversation.

Pros

Innovative and Forward-Thinking Culture: One of the most rewarding aspects of working at Vyne is the company’s strong focus on innovation. The team is constantly pushing boundaries, experimenting with new technologies, and working on projects that feel impactful. From AI-driven tools to blockchain-based solutions, there's always something new and exciting happening, which keeps things fresh and intellectually stimulating. Flexible Work Arrangements: One of the benefits that I really appreciate is the company’s flexible work policy. Remote work is common, and there’s a strong focus on work-life balance. This flexibility has been a huge plus, especially when juggling personal commitments or handling tight project deadlines.

Cons

Limited Resources: Despite the rapid growth, there are still limitations in terms of resources. For example, certain departments may be understaffed, which can lead to employees wearing multiple hats or dealing with a lack of support in certain areas. This can sometimes create inefficiencies or make projects feel like they’re being pushed through with less-than-ideal resources.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad to hear you value our culture of innovation and our commitment to flexibility and work–life balance. We work hard to create an environment where people feel inspired, supported, and able to do their best work — and it’s wonderful to know this has been your experience. We also appreciate your candid comments about resource challenges. As a growing company, we recognize that there are times when teams may feel stretched, and we’re continually looking at ways to strengthen support and ensure our people have the tools they need to succeed. Feedback like yours helps us prioritize these improvements.
