Pros

I genuinely love my job. The overall flow of the workday feels very natural and manageable, and the environment allows you to stay productive without feeling overwhelmed. One of the biggest positives is the flexibility—it’s very self-paced, which gives you the ability to take ownership of your work and manage your time effectively. Leadership is supportive, and the tools provided make it easy to succeed in your role. It’s a great place to grow professionally while still maintaining a good work-life balance.

Cons

There honestly aren’t any major downsides that stand out to me. If anything, the self-paced structure might require a bit more personal discipline, but for me, that’s actually been a positive rather than a negative.
