Pros

Realistically speaking, there is only one. You will get to know the kind of places you need to stay away from.

Cons

Everything. The "management" thinks they know everything but they will only waste your time until they figure out what you were saying is correct. The drama and the politics among employees would make you feel like if you're one of those "high school" or in an actual office. Just a bunch of kids running around thinking they've got it all. Zero professionalism in the name of "Fast-paced" environment.

Close to none, good colleagues that help you, thats about it

Cons

The management is 20s years old with no prior industry experience. No workflows, KPIs, process streamlining, unpaid overtime and weekends... you are successful as long as you are sucking up!

A company for people who having nothing else

The pay is good, the people are good.

Cons

If you have anything, and I mean ANYTHING else going on in your life, then Vyro isn't for you, they WILL make you work extreme overtime without extra pay and it will be an expectation, not an exception.
