As a product is completed, Like I completed Ideate AI's revamp. They fake it like it is not generating any revenue. Full of politics in the frontend team high level, old employees. They don't give proper reason for layoffs All the tasks were delivered end to end but the old employees say you didn't lied on our standards (Like what standards?) They just hire to complete a product or its revamp and that's it no growth at all. They asked me to leave the remote part-time job because it was in their policies and in the end they have shown un-professional layoff as expected by a tipical Pakistani startup I decided a salary of for example 100k with the hiring team and also asked for the benefits to adjust that and what they did is that they decided a lesser base salary by theirselves, deducted tax by themselves and included fake benefits in it to show that yes we give benefits and at the end they give less salary than you decided why getting hired. this is what they call "Gross Salary"

Their CTO thinks he knows everything although he is machine learning engineer and he does not have much experience. Bad Culture, de-grading.
