      Pros

      decent severance package, when they lay you off because of your age, older people are treated as worthless after certain age, they go and let you go with he excuse that your position has been eliminated with a lame excuse!

      Cons

      They should appreciate older people, because you are older doesn't mean you can't do your job, besides they are forgetting that some day they will also get to, if lucky enough, to be over 50! It was like walking on egg shells every day that I worked there.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with many opportunities for growth. Management and local staff are courteous and professional. The Best Clinic/Retail Pharmacy I've ever worked for. Staff show customers exceptional customer service each and everyday. Maxor has a great vision of managing pharmacies and treating staff accordingly, while always providing high level training. It's been a pleasure working with Maxor since 2010 and I'm looking forward to more years to come.
