Business Outlook
Pros
Basically I run my own business, I am provided a company car, Wurth has good products. They well respected in the industry but in the United States Auto Division, see below.
Cons
Poor product management in the USA, Wurth has very good products in Europe. Not to mention marketing . In my opinion, Ramesey, NJ is are unaware of new Wurth products or afraid to take a chance. My guess is they don't want to lose their bonus if stock levels get to high and they bring in a product that doesn't sell. I have customers begging for items our parent company has developed. It seems management has always been afraid to bring new items into our product line.
