      Pros

      I worked at the plant in Lake Charles. Some ppl were very professional but the vast majority didn’t care about policies, ignored them and were rude. While I was there folks were stealing and I had a unit supervisor storm into my office and berate me because he wasn’t getting what he wanted. Toxic environment.

      Cons

      At the Lake Charles plant: Disorganization, circumventing of processes, rude ppl who have no respect, the overall culture needs to be revamped, folks aren’t accountable
