      Pros

      Good place to work. Need more degreed employees. High level of self initiative. One must constanly be in the learning mode.

      Cons

      None at this point so far. Educational support can be improved upon. No limit on amount of time for completion.

      Pros

      For those people focused on management of an existing product-line, W.R. Grace is a great company to work for. It has a very good focus on ensuring that products and services exceed the market norms.

      Cons

      Change is either too slow or too rapid. Those who are trying to implement long-term strategic changes find resources are lacking and resistance at all turns. Meanwhile, projects which have the ability to extract shareholder value are steam-rollered through the organization. If you cannot take the punches... don't work her.
