Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Smaller chemical manufacturer, so visibility to upper management is possible.

Cons

Change management is really lacking. High turnover in senior management positions seemed to lead to a lack of corporate direction and purpose.

401K matching, benefits, work from home (sales), company car, cell phone, laptop, expense account, ability to set your own schedule.

Cons

No upward mobility, no middle management for mentorship/advancement roles, impossible to get raises, lacking in corporate communication, no technical training or sales meetings (maybe once a year), lack of technical support. The sales force/management is an "old boys" club.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement without crossing over to another business segment. They continuously bring in talented people with beneficial experience and inadvertently force them to overly multitask with job duties that should belong to other departments. This results in everything being disorganized and everyone being confused.
