Pros

- Competitive benefits package, specifically retirement planning - Talent and teamwork at "ground level"

Cons

- Leadership is crippled with indecision and constantly reassessing old options rather than trying to move forward - Management is typically short-sighted - Often see colleagues being rewarded for being able to manage perceptions rather than actually doing good work - Lack of advancement opportunities is demoralizing - Punitive culture

Pros

Grace has great benefits and pension.

Cons

Since the split, the culture has changed as new management has been brought in. Less employee engagement than before. Decisions are made at the top with little input from the rest of the business.

Pros

The pay is good, and you are protected by a union depending where your plant is located.

Cons

There was a hiring freeze in place and the plants are so small they cannot afford to train and advance within the company if you are not management level.
