Second largest cracking catalyst company in the world. Good benefits with a pension and 401k matching up to 6%. Full insurance options health, dental, and vision. Competitive salaries and steady employment.

Cons

Company priorities have shifted in the 10 years I have been with the company. The facility I work at advancement has seen new management bought in from outside the company than promoting from within. Twenty years behind in technology expenditures. Slow to replace personnel placing additional work load on those having to cover that department. Having to go to corporate for permission just to hire employees.
