      Benefits are nice in my location.

      Cons

      Teams work in silo. No SME and people give you the run around even for simple questions. No community.

      Pros

      Average pay, average benefit packages. Coworkers are alright once you get to know them. Someone is always willing to help you if you reach out to them.

      Cons

      Company has been declining for the last few years. Everyone is swamped with work and 4/5 days of the week are incredibly hectic. Process engineers are required to be on-site and may be called in over the weekends. Management does not care about career development or have any sort of path forward for newer engineers. Most often times a higher-up will need to leave the company before you can be promoted. Company also slashed their 401K contributions this year - not exactly a good choice for saving money.

      You get to work with smart, intentioned people who want to do good work. Pay is generous, and benefits are competitive.

      The company has been experiencing stalled growth, resulting in continuous pressure to cut costs.
