Pros

Good, knowledgeable colleagues. Work is interesting and fulfilling. Salary is competitive with other companies. Company has a good bonus plan. During the pandemic, the company’s response was very supportive of the workforce. The overall response was first class and operations/R&D was able to continue with appropriate health and safety safeguards.

Cons

Health insurance is expensive. Organization is very lean at least on the manufacturing/R&D side of the company and filling vacant jobs is more difficult than it should be. The company can be overly bureaurocratic in some areas (HR, procurement).
