Don’t pay liveable wages comparable to other companies in our area, over work employees, say they are a safety conscientious company but have a lot of practices that don’t always aline with this. New ownership is essentially running the company into the ground and did major layoffs but still expected the same amount of work to be done with less employees but no pay raises were given, benefits are a joke, quite honestly I feel like I wasted almost 10 years of my life there.

A lot of change in leadership and direction. Going private created a lot of uncertainty. Took away pension from management.
