      Colleagues and coworkers are generally some of the best people you could work with. Pay is competitive but benefit package is constantly being cut.

      The seemingly change in corporate and business unit leadership leads to never ending priority changing and a revolving door of people who don't understand the actual workings. Job advancement is limited in general
