It's a job, you get paid.

Cons

Management is terrible. They treat you like you are nothing. They will promise a raise and you will never see it. They will overwork you. Make you feel worthless. Barely any PTO. They will fire you on the spot, even if you have worked there for over 20 years. No room for advancement. No work flexibility. Extremely toxic work enviornment.
