Pros
Corporate and HR are helpful when they are in the picture. Pay is adequate, equipment is kept in decent condition. And my coworkers are awesome.
Cons
Scheduled raises are left up to the site managers and Corporate should control that. Management gets bonuses, regardless of the fact they were saved time and again, and continuously carried by us below the line workers.
