I have worked for Wagner Logistics for 2.5years and must say this is a great company to work for. The company really cares about people, employees, and clients. You will receive great on the job training and great opportunities to advance. If you're thinking about Wagner as a potential employer I would highly recommend applying!

I must say I have no complaints.

Relaxed Atmosphere. Good Benefits. Good Pay.

Cons

Little to no training. Not enough to do. People not that welcoming or friendly. Cliquish. Do NOT make a mistake or you will be let go with no warning. Was under the impression in life that if you make a mistake you learn from that, not get fired.

Company morale is lacking and no excitement or communication. The whole place runs by a handful of people making decisions and doing all the work. A lot of wasted time
