A Great Company with Plenty of Room to Grow

-Set schedules provide a great work-life balance -Your individual input feels valued when brought to the rest of the team -Room to move up and around if you want to -Training is better than it's ever been, you can move through training at your own pace and either take your time or get thrown right into everything (there is a massive learning curve with some things though)

Cons

-As with any customer service job, rude customers -Pay could be more for the workload and amount of BS that is sometimes dealt with -Sometimes not enough communication between departments
