      Pros

      Interesting assignments. Always work to do, but not always stressed for schedule, good work-life balance. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      After HGST merger, the company shifted from wanting senior engineers to own chunks of the design, into wanting junior engineers that can be shifted around as needed.
