- Huge responsibilities. You can be an area owner even as fresh grad. - Free training on 6 Sigma, Lean etc - You can take on projects - Has all preventive maintenance data & dashboard
Cons
- Nobody cares about the reasoning behind the data. - Management will waste your time with KPI that has no scientific explanation - HOD & Managers of Equipment Engineering department has no clue on understanding the data unlike the Process Engineering department.
