Pros

WD is best for its innovation in memory domain. It has 2 business units: SSDs and HDDs. I will be working in flash business. You get to work with cutting edge technologies. Being a product based company it has good salary and salary hikes. Also, WD is in itself a brand name which cannot be ignored.
