As an Intern, not much was expected of me so I didn't feel pressured. That being said I learned a lot and accomplished a moderate amount of work.
Cons
There will be times when you don't know what to do and no one has time for you. Again, that's as an intern. Some consider it a Con and others a Pro but after a while it gets old trying to keep yourself busy.
Stable Company
Good pay + benefits
Positive corporate culture focused one employee happiness, for example, they recently increased vacation time and also started ordering better coffee in reply to employee suggestions.
Cons
Turnover seemed pretty high which made consistency on projects difficult
There really aren't any other cons I can think of, they're a really good company and I enjoyed working for them
