Pros
Generous company compare to other semicon. HMO can have up to 4 dependents for free. Aside from Year-end bonus and 13th month, the give twice a year bonus depedending on the company earnings. Has a lot of perks and freebies.
Cons
The only cons is for the salary of their professional employees were not fair. It better if you hired on higher position than being in the higher position due to promotions. Also, Work Life Balance in Operations is worst. It like they are paying your whole life.
