Pros

I am immensely grateful for the generous gesture of my manager at Western Digital, who has graciously approved a two-month paternity leave for me. This thoughtful support will allow me to fully immerse myself in the invaluable experience of bonding with my newborn and providing essential assistance to my family during this special time.

Pros

decent salary and job title

Cons

- Engineers are considered as labour 24x7 available - No focus on learning and systematic work, ad hoc approach even on complex projects specially on chip design - No development plan for engineers, - Most of the chip size is smaller, so manager underestimate the complexity for all
