Very aggressive company. A lot of talented people to work with. Competitive compensation and benefits. Good working environment and reasonable working hours.

Cons

Declining TAM(total available market). As a traditional hard drive company, profit margin is not as big as those new software companies. A lot of approval while spending money. Slow pace in carrying out new technology.
