Pros

Very diverse population of employees, all my coworkers are awesome, no work place drama, flexible hours and IT is pretty accessible and quick about fixing any issues that arise :)

Cons

Still have to use internet explorer sometimes since some programs have not been updated to be compatible with Chrome. Other requests often take weeks to fulfill. Very little opportunity for growth.

Lots of talented and hardworking people. Some departments have travelling opportunities between sites which provides exposure and better understanding between R&D and manufacturing.
