      HDD is surprisingly solid

      Pros

      HDD disappeared from laptops but is growing in data centers. Only having 2--3 companies in the industry helps profitability.

      Cons

      The SanDisk acquisition was a disaster and DG (CEO) has been horrible (taking away promised bonuses and 401k match while he gets his performance comp reset)

      Hybrid, 3 days in office

      Cons

      There are a ton of cliques and nepotism. Most of the leadership uses their power over those below them because they can and never takes ownership for anything. A lot of us work crazy hours with little to no recognition and thanks. Rarely get company lunches or happy hours (once a quarter if you're lucky) and did not have raises or bonuses for 2+ years.
