Pros

Learn a lot from the practical and challenge projects.

Cons

The short-term product cycles created the organization, rewarding matrix and culture. Full of uncertainty, so it is hard to plan the long term.

Not the best to place to work

Pros

For the most part the people seem nice.

Cons

The benefits are terrible, you have to pay thousands out of your own pocket before they even kick in. The don't communicate very well on or for anything, The way they internally handled their most recent acquisition is incredibly sloppy. They messed up on job titles, integration the needed software applications to run the company, they have taken 90% of the perks away, and then want you to act as if it all runs smoothly

Pros

Not many to list. Only thing is decent compensation package but depending on profitability

Cons

High stress due to consumer electronics volatility, stock ups-and-downs, layoffs happened almost quarterly, not trying to keep valuable employees, etc.
