      This is a chinese sweat shop. This is only a pro for the company and profiteers.

      Cons

      This is a chinese sweat shop. Really if I am working more then 40 hrs a week it just means you do not know your business. This is supposed be a tech company but really it is just a sweat shop only it is here is the u.s. Shame on you!.

      Friendly people and plenty of work - you won't be bored!

      Cons

      The company has tight profit margins, so expect bare minimum benefits and frequent cuts - this also means limited vertical mobility. At the moment, the company is going through a transformative merge with HGST and SanDisk, so also expect instability.
