      Great company with benefits and bonuses

      Pros

      Face paced, work hard and reap a good salary and potential bonus. Large enough you can move to other departments.

      Cons

      Depending on the department there is extreme favoritism to where they will find a way to push you out if you rock the boat. Cover your backside with documentation just in case you get added to the list. They have done a lot of RIFs in the past three years.

      - Large organisation with the opportunity to learn a lot up to a point - Excellent employee stock purchase plan

      Cons

      - Heavily silo-ed between departments. Some effort required to break barriers - Top-down management & heavy bureaucracy - At risk of being disrupted by emerging storage technologies, such as cloud storage & SSDs.
