      Work environment is organized and clean. Management was good and cares about your performance. There are regular meetings to help keep the teams and tasks up to date

      I enjoyed working there and there's really not much cons that I can think of or that I think is worth mentioning

      Decent pay. OK benefits. Plenty of good engineers and engineering work to be done.

      Cons

      Management keeps all of engineering running even when there are.slow periods, so there's a lot of cancelled projects and wasted effort, when there could be a culture of doing things extremely well. Benefits are ok, considering all benefits around are getting worse.
