Pros

The salary ad benefits were decent.

Cons

Leadership was disorganized and the direction was unclear. The person who screamed the loudest and cursed the most during the meeting received the most attention, which caused a lot of tail chasing.

Pros

An opportunity to develop the future of storage technology while working with smart coworkers on a global team. Complex and challenging problems to solve give innovative employees a chance to stand out.

Cons

Company has roots in the slow-moving engineering cultures of IBM and Hitachi, and is more resistant to change than other places I worked. Leads to using outdated development tools and methodologies compared to younger more nimble companies.
