Salaries are below average and US facilities have much better amenities and compensation packages than everywhere else.

Processes are slow moving, you cant change anything, bonuses are infrequent and far in between and depend on too many external factors rather than company performance or your own performance. Pay raise 10% once in 2.5 years. Worked from home (2-3 days a week) when covid started but called back into office full time in 2020 and no WFH ever since. Sometimes it feels they skim and cheap on their employees they could give so much more but decide not to.
