      Pros

      Back when it was called Branded Products, this was a fun and exciting place to work with interesting projects, smart people, and good culture.

      Cons

      Now it is being systematically disassembled and eliminated. There was a layoff back in 4/20/2015, and then another much larger one on 8/20/2015. Terrible mismanagment and bad investments by the top level management turned a once profitable and growing department into a crumbling mess. There were a lot of talented, driven, collaborative people who were treated really bad along the way.

      Benefits more on permanent worker. WD have a lot of activities like bowling tournament, badminton, table tennis, gym, festival celebration, innovation day, award etc. Implement 6S in daily working. Implement safety and clean procedure. Guarded. Free open parking. Free staff parking (indoor) free training. Subsidies cafe. Flexible working hour depends on team. 8AM - 5.20PM or 9AM - 6.20PM Multiple type of bonus. (Performance, conceptual) Acknowledge employees effort - awards. Free equipped Gym - weight scale, bicycles, treadmills etc. AL increase with number of years working. Can advance 7 days leave if AL finish.

      Cons

      Imbalance culture/Race in different type of fields. Low increment. IT department - lot of foreign contractor.. Have shutdown every quarter. Good news is it deduct 1/2 AL for every 1 shutdown day. Bad news is your need to plan your holidays. Otherwise your AL getting -ve.
