1. Flexibility to take time off and meet other family commitments. 2. Stability in terms of job security.

Cons

1. Poor compensation. 2. Rapidly decreasing bonus structure 3. Poor decision making at the executive level impacting good quality hard working middle management and engineers. 4. Diminishing hard disk drive industry that will slowly wilting away and going where floppy drives went. Although at a slower rate. 5. Below average medical insurance plan and reduction in other benefits. It used to be a great company to work for but with outside cost pressure, declining PC market, coupled with poor upper management, it is a dying star.

People are intelligent and good. Company has great process and open for more improvement. Very great working environment for motivated people

Cons

Salary and Benefits are below average. Company policy often cutting cost by cutting more benefits. Some major websites like youtube were blocked even the work requires watching tutorial there.
