      Pros

      Interesting work. Good people. Good training to take to a better environment.

      Cons

      Expect long hours per week. Just canceled all vacation time. Forced time off in July and Dec, so now it will be without pay. HGST Merger should take out a good chunk of both companies.

      Pros

      The company provided opportunity for growth and advancement for those willing to work hard. Most of the people are team players and work well together to solve problems. Good work environment.

      Cons

      Since some people consider HDD to be a sunset industry and there are limited HDD companies, skills may not be directly transferable to other jobs or companies.

      Pros

      CFO is a friendly guy. Free lunch once a week.

      Cons

      Stay away from Accounting! Long hours (longer than Big-4 while the work prospectus is not as good). Very stressful work. They expect you to work on Saturday, even on vacation and sick days. It is sure not a place for anyone with kids, family and friends. FP&A may be better.
