      Pros

      Benefits are good with bonuses every 6 months. Personal growth is given through continuous classes being offered. Office culture is great with everyone helping from different departments.

      Cons

      Promotions are not being given to a lot of employees unless you get an impressive attainment and so with increase in pay are discouraged. If you do get an increase, its not even 1%.
